A guided onboarding process 

When you open a SwissFx business account, it starts with a short introductory call so that we can understand your business, international payment needs and the currencies you work with. This helps us to ensure that SwissFx is the right fit for you and that the onboarding process is aligned with your requirements. 

If you decide to move forward, we will assign a dedicated Relationship Manager for your account. They will guide you through the onboarding process step-by-step, explaining what information and which documents are required, and will remain your main point of contact throughout. 

The onboarding process is completed online and follows Swiss regulatory standards. We provide clear guidance at each stage, ensuring that your information is verified securely and that your account is ready to use without unnecessary delays. Most clients complete onboarding within one to two weeks.
