SwissFX works through a regulated financial intermediary supervised by the self-regulatory organisation VQF recognized by FINMA. SwissFx acts a first point of contact and does not collect any KYC related information. Such information will be submitted by you directly to external KYC providers. These providers will act as data controllers and their own privacy policies will apply to the processing of your personal data.
